Ehab Mediterranean Buffet starts with Chef Ehab, who brings over 37 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Originally from Irbid, Jordan, his roots are deeply connected to authentic Jordanian cuisine and the flavors that shaped his journey.
In 1989, he moved to the United States, carrying his passion and knowledge with him. Over the years, he expanded into a range of international cuisines, while keeping Mediterranean flavors at the core of his work.
